Move for Mental Health will be held on "World Suicide Prevention Day" - Sunday, September 10, 2023. Preventing suicide is our #1 mission and Move for Mental Health definitely fits this objective - to encourage everyone to take care of themselves, both physically and mentally!
So dust off those running shoes, gather your friends, and meet us at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo for a beautiful morning to honor, celebrate and remember why we do what we do - educate teens to recognize depression and prevent suicide. We sure hope you'll join us!
