Join us for our 2nd Annual Move for Mental Health 5K Run/ 1 Mile Walk at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on Sunday, September 8, 2024.
Preventing suicide is our #1 mission and Move for Mental Health definitely fits this objective - to encourage everyone to take care of themselves, both physically and mentally!
So dust off those running shoes, gather your friends, and meet us at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo for a beautiful morning to honor, celebrate and remember why we do what we do - educate teens to recognize depression and prevent suicide. We sure hope you'll join us!
Your Move for Mental Health registration will include:

Your participation in this event will support LifeAct in our mission to prevent teen suicide by teaching young people to recognize symptoms of depression and signs of suicide, and to access professional help for themselves and their peers.
