18th Annual Into the Light Walk: Keynote Speaker Announced

We are so excited + honored to announce the keynote speaker for our Into the Light Walk: Harry Miller! At the walk, Harry will be sharing his story + his mission to inspire others to seek help instead of suffering in silence. Harry is a student at Ohio State University and former member of The Ohio State Football team. This past spring, Harry publicly shared his mental health journey and announced his medical retirement from football. Prior to this brave moment, Harry had been struggling privately. From the outside, he was a successful student athlete -- but on the inside, he struggled with depression, anxiety + suicidal ideation.With the support of his coach Ryan Day, teammates and his family + friends, Harry got the necessary help and therapy to feel like himself again.We are so looking forward to hearing from Harry and we hope you'll join us!
