LifeAct Announces New Trustee Daniel Berick

LifeAct, formerly known as Suicide Prevention Education Alliance (SPEA), is pleased to announce Daniel Berick to LifeAct’s Board of Trustees. Daniel, Partner at Squire Patton Boggs, is the Americas Chair of the Global Corporate Practice.

Dan focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance and corporate transactional matters. Daniel will join a board of 22 LifeAct trustees. LifeAct’s mission is to educate Northeast Ohio teens to recognize the warning signs of depression in themselves and others and prevent suicide.
